ABOUT ME!
Hey everyone, thank you for checking out my Website.
My name is Joseph Roy DiMeo and I was the first person in the world to successfully survive a full face and bilateral hand transplant in August 2020.
I received the face and bilateral hand transplant after sustaining 3rd degree burns to 80% of my body in July 2018. The face and hand transplant helped me regain my independence.
Also, please find links for other social media accounts along with my Donation Page to help me raise money for a book I am working on. The book will be about my life and how I overcame my tragedy and will be called "80 Percent Gone".
